1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Rupaya Khata application ("App"), these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App. You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You must not attempt to extract the source code of the App or create derivative versions. The App itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights remain with us.

2. Description of Service

Rupaya Khata is a digital ledger application designed to help shop owners and businesses track daily transactions, customer balances, payments, and credit history. The App allows users to generate transaction reports and manually trigger reminder messages via third-party messaging apps like WhatsApp.

3. User Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and legality of the customer and transaction data you enter into the App.
• Customer Privacy: By inputting your customers' personal information into the App, you confirm that you have the right or necessary consent to store their information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We encourage you to use the App Lock feature for security.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses cloud infrastructure for sync and backup. While we ensure high security, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. Messaging services like WhatsApp are third-party platforms, and we are not responsible for their delivery or terms.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rupaya Khata assumes no liability for computational errors, loss of ledger data, or financial discrepancies arising from the use of the App.

6. Termination

We may terminate access for any breach. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently and irrecoverably removed from our systems.
