We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the App. This includes account details like your name, phone number, and shop information. We also store the customer and transaction data you manually enter to provide the ledger service.
We use colectted information only to provide the core services: tracking credits, managing shop accounts, and enabling you to send PDF reports or payment reminders to your customers. We do not use your business data for any other purpose.
We use secure cloud providers (Supabase) to store and process your data. We do not sell your personal information or business ledger data to third parties. Any messaging (like WhatsApp reminders) happens directly from your device.
We implement strict security measures including database Row Level Security to ensure your data remains accessible only to you. However, please remember that no method of transmission is 100% secure.
You can delete your account at any time through the Settings page. This will permanently remove all your data from our systems with no option for recovery.
